We are a small but very friendly functional training club in Chessington (Surrey) specialised in training with kettlebells.

Our goal is helping people of all ages and fitness levels get active and improve their health while having fun.

Fitness should be fun and enjoyable. And training with friends is much better than doing it alone.

Lifting weights at the gym (or at home) can be boring and monotonous if you don’t have a strong goal and motivation. The routine is always the same: chest, arms and shoulders, legs, back and arms. And repeat.
Over and over again.

So why not try something different?

Kettlebells are all the rage these days, and for good reason. They’re simple, effective, and fun. They’re also cheap to buy, portable and easy to use.

Kettlebell training is an exciting and engaging way to build strength and improve your fitness. With just one kettlebell, you can do a fun and challenging full-body workout that will tone and sculpt your muscles, increase your strength and endurance, improve your coordination and flexibility and boost your metabolism. You can do tons of different exercises that will make each one of your muscles work, from your shoulders and arms to your legs and core. The options are limitless.

All the workouts we do at the London Kettlebell Club are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, and the exercises and movements will keep you engaged and motivated. You’ll never get bored with our workouts, as we’re constantly mixing things up and introducing new exercises to keep you on your toes.

Our club

The London Kettlebell Club is a small but friendly functional fitness club located in Chessington (Kingston upon Thames/Surrey).

The instructors and founders, Jose and Alexia, fell in love with the kettlebells, steel clubs, mace bells and other pieces of gym equipment in 2019 and have been lucky enough to find their way into a space where they can share them with other people.

Everybody is welcome, no matter their age or level of fitness.

You don’t need to buy expensive equipment or go to a gym – we’ve got everything you need right here. Just contact us to book your session, come and have fun!

The club uses Patello Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu‘s training room, which is perfect for practising some advanced movements.

We understand that each person starts their fitness journey at a different stage. That’s why the exercises are adapted to make sure that everybody feels comfortable and supported during the workouts.

Jose and Alexia will guide you through workouts and will adapt the exercises to your fitness level, so you can work at a pace that’s comfortable for you. Kettlebell training might seem intimidating at first, but our club is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all members, regardless of their experience level. 

Jose and Alexia will teach you proper technique and form, so you can avoid injury and get the most out of your workouts. They pay close attention to each member to ensure that they learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively with the right technique. They take time in showing the correct form, provide feedback and corrections, and gradually increase the intensity and resistance to make our members more proficient in the use of kettlebells.

Our workouts have different levels of difficulty, so you can work out at a pace that works for you. Plus, our instructors will guide you through proper technique and form, so you can build strength safely and effectively.

Some of our members are boxers and jiu-jitsu practitioners, and training with kettlebells helps them improve their speed, power, cardio and endurance.

Our club provides a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere where you can try kettlebell training and discover its advantages first-hand. Many of our members initially had similar concerns but ended up loving the dynamic and versatile nature of kettlebell workouts.
