I was in my second trimester when I started, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what I’d be able to do. But Alexia is so knowledgeable and adapted everything to suit my energy levels and growing bump. I’ve stayed active, felt supported, and I’m so grateful to have found something safe and empowering during pregnancy.

I joined because I wanted to lose weight but hated the idea of typical gyms or bootcamps. The kettlebell sessions with Jose and Alexia have been exactly what I needed — they’re challenging but never overwhelming, and I actually enjoy coming back every week. I’ve lost weight, built strength, and finally feel like I’m doing something that works long term.

I started training with Alexia to improve my functional fitness and mobility after struggling with stiffness and low energy. I love how the sessions challenge me without burning me out. It’s helped me prep for HYROX and feel more agile in everyday life.
