These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in any classes, personal training, workshops, or related services provided by The London Kettlebell Club, operated by Alejandra J. Garcia Romero. By accessing our website (https://londonkettlebellclub.com) or taking part in our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

The London Kettlebell Club offers group classes, personal training, workshops, and events focused on kettlebell and functional fitness, including options tailored for beginners, people over 40, pregnancy/postpartum, and HYROX preparation.

 

2. Eligibility and Health Declarations

All clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire (PAR-Q) before participating in any sessions. You confirm that the answers provided in your PAR-Q are accurate to the best of your knowledge and agree to update us of any health changes. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we deem it unsafe based on your responses or lack of disclosure.

3. Packages, Offers & Subscriptions

  • Drop-in classes: Payment is due in advance and non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us.

  • Block bookings / packages: Must be used within the validity period stated at purchase (typically 4–6 weeks).

  • Free trials: One per person only. Subject to availability.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Classes: Must be cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid losing the credit.

  • Personal Training: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required, otherwise the session will be charged in full.

  • Emergencies: Will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair.


5. Safety & Participant Conduct

Clients agree to:

  • Follow instructions provided during sessions.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

  • Inform us of any injuries, pain, or discomfort before or during the session.

  • Respect other participants and the coach.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any individual who acts inappropriately or in a way that endangers themselves or others.


6. Photography & Video Policy

We may occasionally take photographs or video footage during classes to use on our website or social media. Your PAR-Q includes a media consent section where you can opt in or out. We will always respect your choice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of The London Kettlebell Club unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Participation is at your own risk. While we take every reasonable precaution to keep you safe:

  • The London Kettlebell Club, its owner(s), or associates shall not be held liable for injuries sustained during participation.

  • You are responsible for working within your own limits.


9. Accessibility

We are committed to making our sessions and website accessible to as many people as possible. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can make reasonable adjustments.

You may link to our homepage or other content, provided the link is not misleading, does not imply false endorsement, and fits within the context of your website.
