Our classes

What to expect

Our classes are thoughtfully structured to provide a well-rounded and dynamic workout experience. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our classes offer something for everyone.

They usually consist of 5 different sections, each one with a specific purpose.

We start every session with a mobility warm-up to loosen up and prepare the joints for action. It’s a vital step in injury prevention and ensures our bodies are ready for the challenges ahead.

Following the mobility warm-up, we transition into a cardio warm-up to elevate the heart rate and prepare our bodies for the rest of the session. It usually includes bodyweight exercises, but it might also incorporate light kettlebells, minibands or resistance bands for an added challenge.

To get you primed for lifting heavier weights, we have an activation round. This section prepares the muscles and joints for the more intense aspects of the class, ensuring that you can perform at your best.

The cardio and activation rounds are different every week and include elements of HIIT and metabolic conditioning, ENOMs and AMRAPs.

This section consists of 3 or 4 rounds of 6 minutes each, with a break of 1 minute between rounds.

In the case of conditioning training, we usually do a kettlebell flow non-stop for those 6 minutes.

As for strength and endurance, each round of 6 minutes is divided into blocks of 2 minutes. Instead of having a set of different exercises, we focus on three single exercises, one every 2 minutes. When the 6 minutes are over, we rest for 1 minute and start over again.

We believe in the importance of recovery. To round off each class, we provide a thorough stretching session. This not only aids in recovery but also promotes flexibility and relaxation, leaving you feeling ready to face the week.

Throughout the entire session, we integrate primal movements and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility, body control and overall mobility, and pay special attention to those that target the core, the shoulders, the hips and the back.

Quality over quantity

Good technique and form are more important than doing a lot of repetitions. For this reason, we prefer working with a focus on time under tension rather than with the number of reps. In other words, it’s quality over quantity.

We don’t force people to do a certain number of repetitions (unless required by a specific exercise) but to work on and improve their technique.

We also adapt the exercises to different levels, so you can decide to have a bit of a challenge or slow down and do the easy version instead.

It’s all up to you, to your fitness level and to how you feel.

We understand that our performance is not always the same and that doing something is better than doing nothing at all.

Our special recipe

What sets our classes apart is the eclectic blend of fitness disciplines we incorporate.

Our sessions include elements from CrossFit, metabolic conditioning and HIIT training, primal movements, and mobility/flexibility training.

This unique fusion ensures a dynamic and effective kettlebell workout experience that caters to a wide range of fitness goals.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, enhance flexibility, or simply have a great time working out, our classes have something special in store for you.
