Interested in trying out kettlebell training?

Our trial sessions are absolutely free and a great way to get started. Just a heads up, spots for each session are limited to only 15 people, so be sure to secure your place soon.

You don’t need to bring anything with you, only a towel and water. But if you have a kettlebell at home, it would be great to dust it off and bring it along.

If you’re not sure if our workouts are right for you, feel free to come and watch one of our sessions.

Tell us about your previous experience

Please also share with us your fitness and kettlebell experience, if any. The more information you give us about yourself, the better. This will help us to plan the lesson better so that you can enjoy the workout.
