How to book your spot

Pick your date

First, choose whether you’d prefer Thursday or Sunday for your session. After you pick your day, a calendar will be displayed to select your date.

Share your goals

Let us know a bit about your fitness background so we can tailor the session to your needs.

Show up and have fun!

Bring water, a towel, and your energy (or even your own kettlebell if you have one).
