How to book your trial session

Choose your day
Sessions currently run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings.
Choose the day that suits you and select a date in the calendar at the bottom of the page.

Tell us a little about yourself
When you book we’ll ask a couple of quick questions about your training background. That simply helps us make sure the session suits you.

Turn up, try a session and have fun!
Bring comfortable clothes, trainers and a water bottle. Remember we are training on mats, so no shoes are allowed.
