Meet Jose and Alexia

Let us introduce Jose and Alexia—the dynamic duo behind the London Kettlebell Club! They’re not just instructors; they’re passionate coaches who bring tons of experience and a personal touch to every class.

Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Jose and Alexia are here to make sure you feel right at home and leave every class feeling stronger and more confident.

Jose

Jose’s love for martial arts started when he was just a kid, and it’s grown ever since. He’s done taekwondo, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. During the pandemic, he discovered kettlebells, and they’ve become his favourite tool for building strength and conditioning.

Jose also serves as an assistant instructor at Wimbledon Kickboxing and Boxing Club, helping kids and adults sharpen their skills. He’s all about sharing his real-world experience from the ring to help you crush your fitness goals.

Alexia

Alexia’s fitness journey is just as inspiring. She started with karate (earning her 1st dan black belt!) and later fell in love with boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She’s even the only woman at her club to achieve a purple belt—a huge accomplishment!

But what really sets Alexia apart is her love for teaching. She’s not just about making you sweat; she’s about helping you feel confident and capable. She’s also an assistant instructor at Wimbledon Kickboxing and Boxing Club.

Alexia’s qualifications expand beyond martial arts. She is a Level 2 kettlebell instructor and a Level 3 personal trainer, which makes her a well-rounded fitness expert.

Since January 2024, she’s been running an after-school Kickboxing and Boxing Club for kids at Castle Hill Primary School (Chessington), and she also teaches kettlebell, mobility and boxing sessions at the Surbiton Racket and Tennis Club.
