Personal training

Need an extra push?

Sometimes, group classes just aren’t enough. Maybe you’re looking for more guidance, faster results, or a plan tailored just for you. That’s where my personal training comes in—because your fitness journey is personal, and so is my approach.

Hi, I’m Alexia—Your Personal Coach!

I know what it’s like to juggle life, work, and fitness.

That’s why I focus on helping busy people like you feel stronger, move better, and see real results—without wasting time on long, boring workouts.

More than 90% of people over 40 think they have to spend hours at the gym to get the results they want.

They believe they need to sacrifice their valuable time for hours of workouts to be strong, lean and pain-free.

What if I told you that there is a smarter and more efficient way to get those results?

Why kettlebells and why me?

Kettlebells transformed my life. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I thought I’d have to give up the sports I love: boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. But short, focused kettlebell workouts let me regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Fitness doesn’t have to steal your time

You don’t need hours at the gym to see results. My sessions are short, focused, and incredibly effective—so you can get strong, move well, and feel amazing, without sacrificing time.

Why I get where you’re coming from… because I’ve been there too

I know how it feels—busy days, aching joints, and feeling like there’s never enough time to focus on yourself. I’ve been there.

A few years ago, I was juggling work, family, and life, and I needed a simple, effective solution that didn’t require hours in the gym.

That’s when I found kettlebells, and let me tell you: they changed everything.

Starting small, dreaming big

I started exactly where you might be right now—feeling unsure, out of shape, and wondering if this kind of training was for me. I vividly remember when an 8 kg kettlebell felt like a Herculean challenge.

At first, I was embarrassed. I even recorded my early attempts (trust me, those videos are humbling!). But here’s the thing—progress is a process, and those awkward beginnings were the first step toward something amazing.

I made kettlebells part of my morning routine—quick 30-40 minute workouts before my family even woke up. That “me time” transformed not just my mornings but my energy, mindset, and confidence.

Progress is possible and I’ll show you how.

My early stages of kettlebell training.
The technique was way far from perfect.

Overcoming obstacles

I won’t lie—it hasn’t been a smooth road. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees, and I also suffered an ACL injury in my left knee. At times, even basic movements felt impossible.

But instead of giving up, I adapted. I focused on mobility, strength, and control, and kettlebells became my secret weapon.

Now?

I can do full and close squats—even with my knee issues.

I’m lifting 20 kg and 24 kg kettlebells—weights that once felt out of reach.

I’m practicing Olympic lifts and building a stronger, more resilient body.

I can still do boxing, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with more power and moving even faster.

If I can get here—despite the setbacks—I know you can too. And I’ll be right there with you, guiding you every step of the way.

Why this approach works, even if you’re starting small

I get it—you might be thinking:

  • What if I’m not fit enough?
  • What if I have joint pain or injuries?
  • What if I just don’t have time?

That’s exactly my approach works. It’s built for busy people and beginners, with a focus on:
